Autodrome St. Eustache ready for a new season

A new season will start next weekend at Autodrome St. Eustache located near Montreal. The 50th anniversary approaching, many upgrades were made to guaranty the best in and outside the track in 2010.

The race track has been revised. The portion of the front stretch located between the fourth and first corner of the oval has been enlarged. This section also serves for drag racing.

The exit of turn two of the oval track was also reviewed, as were several portions of the road course, to eliminate bumps drivers were complaining about.

Outside the track, a new water well was dug to bring more drinkable water to the complex. The main stand will also have all of its wood boards replaced before the start of the season next weekend.

The Autodrome St. Eustache will stage a round of the NASCAR Canadian Tire series on July 3rd.
