BFG introduces new Duravis tire line

By ,

Bridgestone's Duravis family of heavy-duty light truck and commercial tires is being joined by a new addition. The hard-working tire line is intended to provide strength and durability for customers tackling the toughest commercial-based tasks- and the new Duravis M700HD tire has been introduced for those who venture off of the beaten path in the line of work.Designed with Bridgestone's UNI-T (Ultimate Network of Intelligent Tire Technology) system, the M700HD is intended for great traction in the snow and mud thanks to an off-shoulder tread design coupled with zig-zag grooves. Strength is provided by dual sidewall protectors which help protect the tire from hazards like rocks and debris that could slash the side of a lesser tire open in a jiffy. For Duravis customers, it's all about preventing costly downtime. Bridgestone also notes that the tires are designed specifically to deliver a long life free of premature or irregular wear. When your customers include ambulances, construction trucks, land management fleets and delivery vans, that's a big deal. The Duravis M700HD is even designed to eject rocks which may otherwise become stuck in the treads, possibly causing damage.Tires in the "E" load-range are available now, with sizes from 16 to 18 inches. photo: Bridgestone
