Buick Enclave / GMC Acadia / Saturn Outlook

By ,

These 3 lambda platform-based crossover vehicles are part of GM's plan to introduce over a dozen new products in the near future. All 3 vehicles are largely based on the Buick Centieme Concept that was first presented at the 2003 North American International auto show. The Buick Enclave will come next. Slated to replace both the Rendezvous and the Rainier, it should make its way into dealerships by the spring of 2007.These crossovers will have seating for 7 or 8 passengers and be able to receive a series of engines ranging from 4, 6 and 8 cylinders. In the case of the Enclave, the 3.6 litre V6 will be mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and a fully independent suspension.
