Transport Canada has recalled 2,836 BMW 5 Series (2010-2011), 7 Series (2009-2011), X5 (2010-2011) and X6 (2008-2011) models, as well as the 2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
In some cases, the auxiliary water pump that cools the turbocharger when the engine is off can overheat and cause the vehicle to fail. This can also result in fire, so owners are advised to park outside until the dealer can make the necessary repairs.
