A new app called ''Car Audio Deck'' will allow iPhone and iPod touch users to transform their device into a car-friendly audio player. Currently in development, it will be available through the App Store in the next few days.
Inspired from Alpine, Pioneer and JVC stereos, the app features actual buttons and LCD screen in a simple design created specifically for in-car use. Portrait and landscape modes are supported.
Car Audio Deck also offers a choice of two deck face plates including silver and black, vibration and sound feedback when buttons are tapped as well as multiple setting options.
