Former GP2 and DTM series' driver Christian Bakkerud died after a car crash which took place near London.
The young Dane raced in the GP2 championship in 2007 and 2008, and moved up to DTM series in 2009, driving a two-year old Audi A4.
He ran the 2010 Le Mans 24 Hours with Kolles Audi Team.
The 26-year-old UK resident sustained severe brain damage in the crash, which happened in Wimbledon on Saturday evening.
He had no racing program this season.
