Chrysler might drop the Viper

Bob Nardelli, president and CEO of Chrysler LLC, announced this morning that the future of the Dodge Viper is unsure.
After having been approached by a third party interested in the car, Nardelli said that he would consider the propositions put to him. According to him, Chrysler's decision will please everyone, even die-hard Viper fans. The Viper is a high-performance vehicle available as a coupe or roadster, both powered by a 600-hp, V10 engine. Since its introduction in the American market in 1992, the Viper sits enthroned at the top of the Dodge lineup .
