Ripley, Derbyshire-based Yacht Island Design Ltd has produced this astonishing Concept super-yacht that recreates a small section of the famous Monaco Formula 1 circuit !
The 155-metre long yacht is basically a floating island that includes everything the (very) rich owner wants: helipads, bowling alleys, swimming pools, movie theatre, jacuzzi/bar, spa, garages, submarines and even an on-board go-kart track.
All that plus sleeping accommodations for 16 guests and the crew of 70.
Diesel-electric drives would power the steel and aluminium vessel, which is expected to achieve a top speed of 15 knots.
