Former Renault Formula 1 driver, Robert Kubica tested a Mercedes AMG C-Coupe DTM Thusrday at Valencia permanent circuit. The Pole is not ruling out a move to the DTM series for 2013.
Kubica is still handicapped with the limited mobility of his right arm and hand.
"Of course I would rather be driving a Formula 1 car," he is quoted as saying, "but I have to take one step at a time and hope that one day I get the opportunity to sit in a F1 car again," Kubica told Auto Motor und Sport .
"This was just a test to see how it feels to drive a DTM car," the former F1 driver said.
"The DTM season starts quite late (in May), so there is a little more time. It's definitely a possibility, but it depends on various factors. But the most important one is that my pace is right and that I feel comfortable in the car," Kubica added.
