From team press release

On November 18, the FIA officials homologated the first chassis of the new Campos Meta 1 Team.

The homologation tests were carried out at the Dallara facilities in Parma, Italy where Campos Meta1 is building its car.

The car passed all the tests it had to undergo.

These homologation tests are compulsory for all the teams to be allowed to take part in the Formula One World Championship.

"The homologation of the cockpit is a critical point that defines the status and quality of a Formula One car,” explains Toni Cuquerella, Technical Director of the team.

“The fact of having our chassis completely homologized puts us in a privileged position and allows us to keep on developing the car. Dallara has done a great job in order to have everything on time and pass all the tests on the first attempt. We still have to pass the homologation of the rear structure, which follows the same process and has already passed our previous internal tests.”
