F1: FIA sets date for McLaren penalty appeal

Formula 1's governing body - the Federation internationale de l'automobile - has set a date for the appeal lodged by McLaren against the penalty that cost Lewis Hamilton victory in the Belgian grand prix a week ago.The FIA's International Court Appeal is to hear the case in Paris on September 22, the Monday before the inaugural Singapore grand prix.A decision, including whether the appeal is even admissible, is expected the following day.
