Italian tire manufacturer Pirelli, the official tire supplier of the Formula 1 World Championship, has released the tire selection for the opening three Grands Prix of the 2012 season.
Pirelli will bring softer tire compounds from their range for the opening races compared to those which were used in 2011.
According to the current regulation, each team will receive six sets of the harder compound and five sets of the softer compound for each race weekend.
Pirelli will also bring to all races its intermediate and full wet tires in case of rain.
