Next year, the Formula 1 cars will have a whole new look because of a
new set of technical regulations . The Toyota-powered Williams seen in testing at Jerez provided a glimpse of what the new cars will look like.The 2009 Formula 1 cars will sport a new bodywork without the winglets and other aero devices. The cars will also be fitted with slick tires, carry much smaller rear wings and be equipped with
