By the end of next year, Ford will launch 23 new models worldwide, create 5,000 jobs in the U.S., and open three new plants including two in the Asian-Pacific region and another in South America.
Furthermore, two new engines will expand the EcoBoost family to six, while the Fusion's start/stop system will land in many more vehicles.
Sixteen of those 23 new models will be sold in North America, and some of them have already been introduced: 2015 Ford Mustang , Ford Edge , Ford Transit Connect, and Lincoln MKC , among others.
