Other brands
What we have presented here are the major brands with some new products. There are many other less publicized brands that also offer excellent products but are less elaborate. These tires are just as safe and resistant and can be sold at a very affordable price. Among these, we should mention BF Goodrich, whose new Advantage Control has just been released (BFG also makes the famous Radial T/A and G-Force tires, which no longer need any introduction).
There is also Cooper with its CS-5 Evolution , Dunlop (from the Goodyear group) especially with its SP Sport for sports cars, Falken with its Azenis and Sincera , Firestone with its FR 710 and Firehawk performance tires (and of course the aforementioned all-weather WeatherGrip ), South Korea's Hankook with its Kynergy and Optimo , not to mention its Ventus performance tires, Kumho with its Solus and Ecsta , Nexen with its Premier Class , Laufen with its G Fit and S Fit , and finally, Uniroyal (also part of the BF Goodrich group) with its legendary third generation Tiger Paw .
The Chinese tire brands
If Chinese tires are the talk of the town when it comes to winter tires, their performance and characteristics are less known when it comes to summer or all-season tires. The problem is that many brands come and go. However, some have been with us for quite some time and it is worth mentioning names like Sailun, Maxxis, Goodride, Wanli, Minerva and Ovation.
In time, we should be able to unravel all of this and tell you more. In the meantime, we suggest you try to find reviews of these foreign brands on the Internet.
We would like to thank the manufacturers for their help and the people at Pneus Premier Choix in Laval, Quebec for their technical support.
