The Associated Press is reporting on Wednesday that the prosecution and the defense are both done making their respective cases in the tax evasion trial of Team Penske IndyCar driver Helio Castroneves .Both sides will make their closing arguments on Thursday. From there, the fate of the Brazilian driver will be in the hands of the twelve jurors.If convicted, Castroneves could face a sentence of up to five years in prison, plus a severe monetary fine. If aquitted, Castroneves would be free to return to his driving duties, possibly as early as the Long Beach race, which is scheduled for April 19. photo: IndyCar
