There were a lot of action in the streets of Sao Paulo today and in the end Will Power (Team Penske) prevailed and took his third in a row IndyCar Series win.
The Australian, who was starting from pole, really look as though he was driving somewhat over all the chaos happening on the track and despite having had to survive a lot of restarts, he passed the test with flying colors.
With only a few laps remaining, there were a big accident involving numerous cars in the first chicane and Power had to watch carefully Ryan Hunter-Reay (Andretti) who was catching up fast. The margin of victory was 0.9 seconds.
Takuma Sato (Rahal Letterman Lanigan) took his first ever podium in IndyCart closely followed by Helio Castroneves (Penske) and Dario Franchitti (Ganassi) who completed the top 5.
