Infiniti today announced the all-new JX luxury crossover for the 2013 model year. It will join the EX, FX and QX starting next spring.

While the concept is set to appear at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance this August, the production version will make its global debut at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show in November.

For now, little information has been revealed about this new addition to Infiniti's lineup. We do know that it will feature three-row seating, Essence-inspired styling, and large wheels and tires.

“The Infiniti JX will have a stunning interior, while offering exceptional seating flexibility, easy access to the roomy third row, plus the latest in-vehicle technology – including next-generation telematics,” adds Wendy Durward, Director of Infiniti Canada.

Based on the company's model designation system, the new JX will likely slot between the FX and QX.

In other news, Infiniti said that the New York International Auto Show will mark the regional debut of its IPL G Convertible Concept and Infiniti-sponsored Red Bull Racing Formula One car.
