Graham Rahal, who was out of a drive with only a few days before the start of the 2010 IZOD IndyCar Series season, has signed a deal with Sarah Fisher Racing for two early-season races.

The son of Bobby Rahal is set to join SFR for the St Petersburg and Barber Motorsports Park rounds.

Fisher, who started her team for the 2008 Indianapolis 500, will field two cars for the first time, with Jay Howard joining Fisher at several events.

Graham Rahal finished seventh in last year's championship and won his first ever race in St-Petersburg. He had discussions with Dale Coyne Racing earlier in the winter but failed to reach an agreement with the team.

Meanwhile, former Ganassi Racing’s protégé Alex Lloyd will join Dale Coyne Racing for the Sao Paulo Indy 300 in Sao Paulo, Brazil this coming weekend.

The 2007 Firestone Indy Lights champion will drive the Dallara-Honda No. 19 Boy Scouts of America car, joining Dale Coyne’s other entry driven by Milka Duno.
