Andretti Autosport’s Ryan Hunter-Reay will finally be able to race for the reminder of the current season after enough sponsorship was found to make the deal happen.
The team announced during the weekend at Watkins Glen that enough new sponsors had shown interest as to ensure that Hunter-Reay could contest the full 2010 season.
His car will remain primarily in IZOD colours, and will also promote the “Racing for Cancer” charity programme alongside other new backers.
