Danica Patrick is now in her last year of the contract she signed with Andretti Green Racing and much speculation is clouding her future, either with Michael Andretti's team or in the IndyCar series .The 26-year-old has already been mentioned in connection the new USGPE Formula 1 project but Patrick has not given that possibility much thought for now but as one of America's highest-profile and most marketable racing drivers she has also been linked with a move into the NASCAR series. One thing for sure, Michael Andretti wants to give his star driver, although she did not impress very much last year, every chance to prove herself and be happy with the team.Andretti himself will be now calling Patrick's strategy and Marco Andretti's former engineer Eddie Jones is moving to Patrick's car.Peter Gibbons, who was Michael Andretti's engineer during his Newman/Haas years will be working with Marco Andretti while Tony Kanaan will be engineered by former Dario Franchitti's engineer Allen McDonald.
