Team Penske 's new recruit Will Power proved to be the fastest driver on the Barber Motorsports Park circuit on day 2 of the final open test before the season starts at St. Petersburg, posting a quick time of 1:09.456.The Australian even bettered Scott Dixon 's Sunday best time by more than a second.
