Nine members of Mercedes-Benz's pan-Canadian distribution network have been designated Star Dealers for 2009. The distinction generally goes to dealership owners that played a key role in the success of the German manufacturer in 2008.
The Star Dealer title is awarded based on a combination of points accumulated under the Dealer Award Program and points received from new vehicle sales in four high-volume categories. The Star Dealers are people that demonstrated excellence and commitment to the company in 2008. From East to West, the nine recipients are: 1. Maurice Parent of Chatel Automobiles in Québec, QC2.
