MINI John Cooper Works GP hits CIAS stage

Originally launched at the 2012 Paris Auto Show , the sportiest and fastest MINI ever has just made its Canadian debut at the CIAS in Toronto.

The MINI John Cooper Works GP has a top speed of 242 km/h and sprints from 0-100 km/h in 6.3 seconds thanks to a 1.6L turbocharged engine that produces 215 horsepower through a six-speed manual gearbox.

As previously announced, production of the MINI John Cooper Works GP will be limited to 2,000 units worldwide, with 50 allocated to Canada.
