Mitsubishi to show i MiEV SPORT AIR concept at Geneva

This year's auto show circuit is showing more green cars to the general public than ever-- and Mitsubishi is gearing up to give their latest all-electric vehicle a global debut.
The Japanese automakers I MiEV Sport Air concept will bow to showgoers at the 79th annual Geneva Motor Show. Mitsubishi's latest concept explores the possibilities of zero-emission vehicles with a focus on driving pleasure. The model features Mitsubishi's electric vehicle drivetrain alongside a 'clear cutaway' roof which enables drivers to experience a 'wind in the hair' feeling while burning no gasoline.The I MiEV Sport Air is based on the brands I MiEV concept car, which has been tested in various markets around the globe for feasibility. The Sport Air variant gets a beefed up electric motor drive system that features instant torque for satisfying performance, thanks to a beefed-up electric motor. Additionally, Mitsubishi says the concept boasts stable, exciting handling thanks to its in-floor lithium-ion battery pack.Showgoers can check out the I MiEV Sport Air at the Geneva Motor Show from March 5 to March 15.
