We now know that the 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Fender special edition will arrive in the U.S. at the beginning of November and next year in Canada.
Two powertrains will be available, starting with a 2.5L five-cylinder engine that produces 170 horsepower, either through a five-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic. The other is a 2.0L TSI four-cylinder engine with a six-speed manual or DSG.
South of the border, the 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Fender will start at $24,440 plus $795 of destination charges. Canadian pricing has yet to be announced.
