Michael Schumacher was on track today at the Mugello circuit in Italy as he was asked to replace Ducati's test rider Vittoriano Guareschi. Guareschi was unable to ride due to a coccyx injury following a crash on the second day of testing. The German completed 42 laps on the Desmosedici GP8 with a best lap time in 1:58.0 while the best lap in a MotoGP race is just over the 1:50 mark.Schumacher made it clear again, however, that he has no intention to start a new career.In the mean time, Reining F1 World Champion Kimi Raikkonen said he would like to follow his Ferrari predecessor Michael Schumacher in trying out a MotoGP bike."I only saw some pictures but I don't know anything about it," Raikkonen told reporters at the Bahrain Grand Prix when asked if he seen Schumacher's race.
