Many drivers feared that young Colin Braun would be the hottest driver to qualify in the NASCAR Nationwide Mexico City 200 race this weekend. And they were right. Braun (Ford No 16) grabbed the pole at 102.756 mph. He was followed by road racing veteran Scott Pruett (Dodge No 40) and 2007 champ Carl Edwards (Ford No 60). A far as our Canadian drivers are concerned, Patrick Carpentier (Dodge No 9) will start the race in 7th position, right behind Kyle Busch (Camry No 20) while D.J. Kennington (Dodge No 81) will be in the 30th starting position.
