Organisers of the Grand Prix of Trois-Rivières were proud to announce that Jacques Villeneuve will race in the city streets during the 40th edition of the famous race, August 14 to 16.
Former Formula 1 champion Villeneuve, who is presently in South America to take part in a stock car race in the Top Race series, will be back behind the wheel of the Ford Fusion No. 7 Tide/Wal-Mart of Jacombs Racing for the race of the NASCAR Canadian Tire series.
Once again, Villeneuve will partner current NASCAR Canadian Tire Series leader Andrew Ranger.
