Former Toro Rosso Formula 1 driver, American Scott Speed is confident that he can make his NASCAR Sprint Cup debut before the end of this season.Under the sponsorship of Red Bull, Speed competed in the ARCA and Craftsman Truck series this season. He will test a Sprint Cup car for the first time later this month.Speed hopes to continue full time in Craftsman Trucks next season but also wants to include several Sprint Cup outings.
