A persistent weather system that moved into the area on Saturday morning forced the postponement of the Komatsu 300 at Riverside International Speedway .
The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series event has been rescheduled for Sunday, Sept 20 with a start time of 12:30 p.m. ET.
The cars will be on the track at 8 a.m. for a 45-minute practice session and time trials are slated for 11:00AM.
