Nissan, 43rd Top Brand in the World According to Interbrand

Nissan has climbed to the 43rd position on the latest list of the world’s top 100 brands compiled by Interbrand. This list covers all commercial sectors, and the new ranking represents a jump of 6 positions for the car manufacturer over the previous year.

With a listed brand value of $11.06 billion USD, the company benefited from recent strategic partnerships such as the agreement with Microsoft to develop autonomous driving systems and its sponsorship of high-visibility events like Rio’s 2016 Olympics to be the fourth fastest gainer on Interbrand’s annual list.
