Nissan announces lower MSRP for 2009 Altima

While the Nissan Altima remains unchanged for 2009, its suggested retail prices have dropped.
The sedan version, the 2009 Atlima 2.5 S, will start at $22,698, $1,800 less than the 2008 model. The 2009 Altima 3.5 S's sales price has dropped by $1,700 and is now set at $27,198. The Altima 3.5 SE's MSRP is now $29,498, down by $800.The 2009 Altima 2.5 S Coupe will start at $25,988, a 1,800-dollar decrease. The 3.5 SE Coupe 's suggested retail price is $29,798. The Altima Hybrid has also gotten the royal treatment, its MRSP dropping from $33,988 for 2008 to $32,298 for 2009.Nissan is currently selling off the 2008 Altimas to make way for the 2009 models, which will be available in dealerships in the next few weeks. photo: Nissan
