The jury of 50 American and Canadian automotive journalists released the list of the 14 cars and 12 trucks nominated for the prestigious North American Car and Truck of the Year award.
To be eligible, the vehicles must be of the new generation or have been substantially modified from the previous model. They must also be available for distribution at the time the winners are announced.The list will be gradually pared down over the next three weeks until three finalists remain in each category. The winners will be unveiled before the automotive press at the next
