Subaru Crosstrek PHEV

This model is not really a common sight on Canadian roads, frankly, but Subaru continues to offer it, if only to show that it still believes in bringing electrification to its lineup. In any case, the manufacturer will be going all-electric within the next few years, starting with the Solterra crossover.

In the meantime there’s the Crosstrek PHEV, which might not a champion off-roader like the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe but does a pretty good job of handling itself when on rougher ground.

Unfortunately, its electric range isn't very long, at only 27 km.
