On my recent trip to Paris for the 2010 edition of the Auto Show , I made special arrangements with my friends at Volkswagen to get my hands on a car for a few days (details to follow in a subsequent article).
Once I got the keys to my Sportline Candy Apple White Scirocco , it wasn't long before our very excellent photographer Matthieu Lambert was clicking away, attempting to capture this car's finest angles, details and in different lighting.
The following is a sampling of our daytime photo-shoot with the revival of a Volkswagen Icon. The shoot took place in the Bois de Vincennes, on l'Ile de Bercy in the parking lot of the Chalet des Iles Daumesnil restaurant; an enchanting place for an equally enchanting car.
