Porsche News:The revised 2005 Boxster is said to be 80% new and will be in dealerships by next week. Horsepower is up for both 6-cylinder engines: 240 hp and 280 hp. Both the new Boxster and 911 make a strong return to 993 styling cues; specifically the separated headlamps and turn signals. Both are treated to new revised body panels, bumpers and wheels.The new 911s get more powerful engines in the 3.6L and 3.8L boxer 6-cylinders. The car has become more sophisticated but some fear they have also lost the edginess that once made these cars a handful to drive.
