This season, Ford and M-Sport have achieved two significant landmarks in the FIA World Rally Championship. In Sweden, Jari-Matti Latvala and Miikka Anttila's victory represented the 50th WRC win in Ford and M-Sport's 16-year partnership.
Just over two months later, Rally Argentina marked the 150th consecutive event on which at least one of the team's nominated drivers finished in a points-scoring position when Petter Solberg and Chris Patterson captured 6th place overall.
The first rally in the scoring run was the 2002 Rallye Monte-Carlo when Carlos Sainz and Luis Moya finished third and Colin McRae and Nicky Grist were fourth. Both were driving Ford Focus RS World Rally cars.
