Swedish Brand Targets Premium SUV Segment with New 9-7X

The new 9-7X Linear will come equipped with the usual luxury fare, such as leather seating surfaces with heated cushions up front, a top-tier audio system, this one from Bose and featuring a 6CD stacker in the dash, plus adjustable pedals, xenon headlamps, side-curtain airbags, and the choice between a glass sunroof or a roof-mounted DVD entertainment system for rear occupants. Specific to its sport utility application it will come standard with all-wheel drive, 18-inch alloy wheels and integrated roof rails.

Just the same, the 9-7X looks the part, from the A-pillars forward at least, sporting a Saab snout and badging, and with that Saab Canada is bullish about its sales potential.
