We're taking bets: So far it's 10 to 1 that Jay Leno will be one of the first buyers of the world's most expensive sports car once Bugatti's Veyron is available later this year.
The VW Group has put a W-16 engine with 1001-horsepower under the hood of this supercar, bringing the top speed to 252 miles per hour! The Veyron was first shown at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show, but then production plans were halted. Now, once again, the concept is making the rounds at European Motor Shows, with the production version (shown here) scheduled to be introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show this coming September. The production run will be limited to just 300 units and the price of the Veyron? A cool million dollars!
