Suzuki outranks competition, takes ''Best Buy'' designation from Consumer Guide

It's a good time to be American Suzuki Motor Company (ASCM). They've released two highly anticipated models alongside with efforts to enhance their dealer network as well. The highly anticipated XL7 and SX4 models are joined by a unique and engaging brand campaign as well- including the "Wolfboy" TV ads for the all-wheel-drive SX4.

Adding to the recent excitement at Suzuki was an announcement that their V6 powered Grand Vitara model was awarded an honor as a Consumer Guide Automotive Best Buy. The Grand Vitara is an important part of the company's diverse product line which has racked up many awards and as much praise since being released in 2006. For the award, the Grand Vitara beat out competition which included the Acura RDX, BMW X3, Toyota Rav4 and Jeep Wrangler. Considered for the award are the vehicles price, accommodations and performance, with a win consisting of an optimal balance across ten rating categories.Suzuki products are covered by a 100,000 mile (160,000 kilometre) powertrain warranty as well. Along with the XL7 and SX4 models, Suzuki seems on track to exceed 100,000 vehicle sales for the first time in their 21 year history.
