01 - 1998 Civic Type-R
This is the Civic that could be credited with starting what Honda calls Civic Nation. Damn! Is this car ever hot! Pumped up thanks a 185 hp high-strung 4-cylinder, this mini-monster tore up tracks and speedways thanks to a 5-speed gearbox and limited-slip differential. As is, in this pic, all in white, this Civic has to be the most pimpin' example of Japanese compact performance know-how ever. Oh yeah, and we never got'em...
