Cost of ownership is a big part of Consumer Reports’ data along with consumer satisfaction, and while there’s no denying the BMW 6 Series lineup of cars is stunning to look at, there’s more to owning a vehicle than just looking good on the road. In the same category segment, Audi’s S5 takes top honours for customer satisfaction due to predicted reliability, acceleration and ride. Something CR seems to have discovered is lacking in the 6 Series.

What Auto123.com thinks: Slap an M in the 6 Series name somewhere and we’re pretty sure we’d bite the bullet and live with it.
