The seventh generation of the BMW 3 Series is making its world debut in Paris this week. The model that for so many years was the brand’s cash cow arrives positively stuffed with new technologies.

Unfortunately for driving purists, one thing not included in the new 2020 3 Series is the manual transmission, as least not for the North American market. We’ve seen it happen with the Audi A4, and other will surely follow…

Since 1975, some 15 million units of the BMW 3 Series have been sold around the world.
