Dakar two ways

Granted, they look pretty different, but this Toyota Land Cruiser SUV and Hino support truck compete in the same race, just in different classes: The Paris-Dakar Rally. Though the race no longer starts and finishes in those two places, having been moved to South America in 2009 (and on to the Middle East in 2020), it remains a grueling off-road test through dry, sandy desert where just surviving is almost like winning.
