The Corolla Hatchback that hit the market earlier in 2018 told us much about Toyota’s plans: the company is serious about shedding its image as a maker of milquetoast vehicles. The 2020 Corolla sedan follows from this desire; buyers will be able to get it with the “big” engine of the Hatchback, or even with a hybrid system borrowed from the Prius. And if demand is strong enough, expect Toyota to add all-wheel drive to the product offering as it has with the next Prius .
