Korean automaker Kia already has two purely electric models in its lineup, but with the Hyundai Group's global platform, the electric offensive will expand to a range of vehicles powered by renewable energy. The Kia EV6 is the brand's first to come, and the crossover adopts relatively new design for the automaker.

We don't yet know all the technical details surrounding Kia's first EV, but it wouldn't be surprising if it inherits the same powertrain as the Ioniq 5, which is also based on the new platform called E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform).
