Remember that “gaming rig” we talked about? Well, it would look something like this: the Playseat Evolution FIA gaming chair . With video games becoming more and more realistic (to the point where they are being used to train pro drivers all the way up to the F1 level), it takes a special piece of furniture to drive the feeling of being in an actual race car all the way home. In addition to the seat, you get a mount for your wheel and pedal peripheral, and often a mount for your display as well.

Fanatec Racing Peripherals
The seat is one thing, but you need a wheel and pedals to complete the look. German company Fanatec offers a variety of racing wheels and pedals compatible with Xbox, Playstation and PC gaming platforms. The coolest part? The rims on the wheel bases are interchangeable. Playing F12020? There’s a rim style for that. How about a classic Ferrari in Forza Horizon 4? Yep, they’ve got that covered, too. A BMW M6 GT3 in Gran Turismo Sport? You bet. A John Deere CP 690 in Farming Simulator 19? Rumour has it they’re working on it…
