This is the only car from the 2019 model year in our 2020 ranking, but since there's still a large inventory available to consumers this year - Volkswagen Canada is well aware of the high demand for this size of car, which has prompted them to stock dealerships with the model across the country - we've reserved a place for it in this AWD list.
Note that if you want this price point, you’ll get the model with a 6-speed manual transmission. A version with a DSG (dual-clutch) transmission will be a little more expensive.
