The Japanese manufacturer has two affordable vehicles on this list. The Mazda3 sedan landed in ninth place, but the small CX-3 GX i-Activ AWD 2020 outdoes it, with a retail price just under $25,000.
Although the urban crossover must now contend with the newer, larger and better-finished CX-30 , the CX-3 still has its place in the sun, if only to attract customers on a more limited budget.
